Moving towards a more sustainable industry

KEONYS

We’re keen to contribute to the issues around protecting the environment and achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, or SDGs. That’s why in 2023 we committed to a 55% reduction in our GHG emissions by 2030.

This aligns us with the European Union’s « Fit for 55 » package of measures, part of the roadmap to make the EU climate-neutral by 2050.

White paper: Digital technology and sustainable development

Environmental crisis and regulatory requirements are pushing companies to change their processes, and decarbonize their operations is a key element of their CSR strategies. Constraint or opportunity? Implementing new business models to create more sustainable products is quite possible thanks to collaborative digital solutions.

The new white paper is a collaboration between companies, experts and partners focusing on topics such as : eco-design, the virtual twin, the circular economy…, key drivers of sustainable innovation for an industry seeking to reduce its carbon emissions.

The road to zero-carbon by 2050 is still a long journey. But aren’t environmental challenges also an opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders? And to work together to reinvent new perspectives that combine economy, society and sustainability?

SALOMON Footwear uses the simulation solution (ABAQUS) to optimize the performance of its cutting-edge products and equipment for outdoor sports. The solution enables them to reduce the number of physical prototypes to help control their carbon footprint.

FLYING WHALES is a French company which aims to revolutionize air cargo transport with its future airship. Dassault Systèmes’ cloud-based 3DEXPERIENCE® platform is used to manage all stages of development, from design to manufacturing, including certification and collaboration with the entire subcontracting chain.

Sustainability, a key topic at our events

SIMULATION DAY 2023

As environmental issues continue to evolve, industries need to adapt their design and manufacturing methods. The simulation event enabled us to highlight the major topics linked to a sustainable industry, thanks to contributions from a range of players including SALOMON, SAMAYA and DECATHLON.

The SIMULATION DAY 2023 event shows the best practices implemented by our customers who are committed to a true sustainable innovation approach.

INNOVATION DAY highlights!

INNOVATION DAY 2022 (IDAY)

The INNOVATION DAY provided an opportunity for industry players (Dassault Systèmes, FLYING WHALES and IFPEN) to discuss simulation, manufacturing and systems engineering.
