We provide regular corrective and evolutionary maintenance for your application.
- Regular maintenance is designed to anticipate security updates and support the day-to-day administration and use of the application.
- Corrective maintenance is used to correct specific anomalies not identified during the warranty phases.

The standard subscription is available to 3 accredited people and includes: Update & Upgrade versions, new 3DEXPERIENCE roles, platform management, access to support and a Service Manager.
The professional subscription includes the standard pack and also allows you to manage anomalies in specific developments carried out by KEONYS and is accessible to 2 additional accredited persons.
The premium subscription includes the standard pack, as well as the maintenance of developed widgets, the evolution of existing TO BE scenarios, the creation of new user scenarios and includes new specific developments.
SIMULIA’s support offer aims to maximise the return on your simulation investment and increase the productivity and expertise of your teams.
Our experts can provide you with personalised support, from analysing new challenges and choosing the package best suited to your needs, to setting up dedicated, made-to-measure support.
There are 3 support packages: standard, advanced and premium.
- The standard package covers installation and/or licence problems, questions relating to the use of the graphical interface (only about how it works and not about discovering a function), questions about standard methodology, suspected bugs and convergence problems.
- In addition to the standard features, the Advanced package includes support for: new analyses, specific methodological questions and test cases based on cases similar to the customer’s.
- The Premium package includes all the features of the Standard and Advanced packages, plus 360° Analysis simulation support, a dedicated contact person, script development and methodological implementation.
