GOAL
Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
- Define, analyse and assess multi-body simulation results under Simpack.
- Perform kinematic and dynamic analyses of mechanical structures.
- Apply the theoretical bases of multi-body modelling to create efficient and robust models under Simpack.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Structural / Mechanical engineers.
REQUIREMENT
None.
TRAINING PROGRAM
This course is intended for engineers wishing to learn to use SIMPACK to create and analyse multi-body models.
The basics of multi-body modelling (kinematics, dynamic, relative coordinate systems, etc.) are reviewed. They are then applied when models are put in place under SIMPACK.
Modelling techniques are clarified to produce reliable and robust models.
Results analysis and post-processing techniques are also explained in detail.
Finally, scripting, submodeling and data parameterizing techniques are also presented to allow participants to quickly come to grips with all the software functionalities.
