What’s my job? Brian Lotz, Specialist for Application Development!

In the second episode of our weekly serie, discover Brian Lotz profile who’s a specialist for Application Develoment and currently doing an apprenticeship in the SAP solutions department at CENIT.

Brian Lotz is studying customer-oriented programming in an apprenticeship program where he does two weeks in the company for the practical phase and then two weeks in school for the theoretical phase.

What’s the coolest part about your studies? 

BL : “First, when you write the program, you only have text in front of you meaning you see a few characters, maybe you don’t even understand the language in which it is written at first this is where I found myself in the beginning, because ABAP, the SAP language was relatively new for me, I understood quite few from it, but once you get the hang of it, by writing two or three pages of code and seeing the program, for instance how the program visually grows or does something, that’s a good feeling I think. So that is what excites me about it.”
