A late realization !
One year after its first study witnessing the worrying delay in the digital transformation of medium-sized companies, EY and Apax Partners are back with a second study showing that the vast majority of medium-sized companies directors consider digital transformation a key topic in their future development.
The main concern for them is managing their customer relationships, with 60% of companies declaring having integrated a CRM tool. Plus, there is a lots of investment towards digital improvements with 75% of companies installing a responsive design to their website working on smartphones or tablets. Among other concern, there is the recruitment supported thanks to social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, …), cybersecurity or internal processes digitization.
