Plan to join forces with CENIT

On December 21^st, 2016, KEONYS announced its plan to join forces with its German counterpart CENIT. The two European leaders in the distribution and integration of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions will pool their expertise in order to take on European and international industrial projects together. Their joining of forces is set to give rise to the number one worldwide partner of Dassault Systèmes, a spearhead for the deployment and popularization of the French publisher’s 3DEXPERIENCE® platform.

 “We are very enthusiastic about this joining of forces, which is totally consistent with our fast-growing market. It is an opportunity to create, at European and international level, a major player in PLM software publishing and deployment, including 3D design, simulation and digital industrialization. KEONYS will be able to provide its customers with more global support for their digital transformation and within the framework of the Industry of the Future”, stated Isabelle Yung-Lafargue, President of KEONYS.

Expertise and complementarity

For more than 25 years, KEONYS and CENIT have developed the same expertise in the implementation of PLM projects. Their experience enables them to provide consultancy and support for their respective customers’ industrial projects.

KEONYS, a partner of Alliance pour l’Industrie du Futur, operates in the areas of Digital Simulation, Systems Engineering and Manufacturing, with applications such as Additive Manufacturing, Augmented Reality, Robotics and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), which require the use of new-generation digital solutions..
CENIT has become a reference in manufacturing and the challenges related to the connected factory.

This operation should be completed in March 2017, subject to granting of the required French legal authorizations.
