U-SHIN is a japanese automotive parts supplier specializing in the design, development and production of vehicle access systems (bolts, handles, keys, locks, mechanical and electronic steering columns etc.). Its primary objective was to reduce costs using more effective collaboration.

We set up workshops with our customer to design a proof of concept, which took the form of a model of their internal project management requirements:
