Suresnes, April 17, 2015 – KEONYS announces that BILSING AUTOMATION has won the 2015 Productivez! Award in the Innovation Process category, at the awards ceremony organized by SYMOP (the French professional union of industrial production technologies) on Thursday, April 16, at the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs under the patronage of Minister Emmanuel Macron.

BILSING AUTOMATION, which specializes in the design and production of industrial grippers for the automotive industry, draws on KEONYS expertise to define priority areas for improvement of industrial processes, to speed up the transformation of its business model.

Using the de Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE® software suite, marketed and deployed by KEONYS, the 250 employee SME has been able to meet its customers’ demands for improved production rates while reducing errors and installation time.

Our global PLM system, using the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE® platform, supports creative design tools with CATIA, simulation of production processes with DELMIA and monitoring and development of projects with ENOVIA – from design through to manufacture. This new equipment has allowed us to incorporate all the implementation constraints. Simulations are now sufficiently realistic to replace prototypes and early versions, and can even validate processes before production begins! This package is also helping to boost our competitiveness: in 2013, our revenue in France increased by 63%, and by 25% throughout the group
