Following the French government’s announcements to curb the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to introduce teleworking for the majority of our teams.  Everything is being done to ensure the best possible continuity of service for all our clients and partners. Thus, your contacts and the call center remain available during office hours to accompany you.


As a partner, our top objective is also to help you in the continuity of your operations.  Therefore, we have already communicated with your teams to guide them on how to use Dassault Systèmes licenses while working remotely, if this is the policy you have set up.


In addition, you will receive in the coming days practical solutions/suggestions of support that KEONYS can provide for your company during this transition period. Of course, we prefer to provide our  support remotely, but if this is not possible in your company context, we will try to find the most appropriate solution while respecting  health and government guidelines.
