Providing an enterprise-level PLM platform solution

Keonys takes a 3-phase approach to setting up your PLM platform:

Definition and Specification Phase

  • User requirements gathering (methodologies in use, usage scenarios, etc.).
  • Defining functional specifications and use cases for use during acceptance testing.
  • Defining detailed specifications for the configuration work required and any special development needed.
  • Defining technical specifications for interfaces between the PLM platform and other information system components.

Configuration and Development Phase

  • Installing the platform on the development environment.
  • Performing platform configuration.
  • Undertaking any additional development, in particular parts of components that provide interfaces to the information systems identified.
  • Documenting the installation procedure.

Implementation Phase

  • Installing the platform on the integration environment.
  • Functional and integration tests.
  • Functional acceptance testing based on the use cases identified.
  • Documenting the installation procedure on the integration environment.
