Simulayt provides a suite of software for advanced simulation and modelling of ply and draping possibilities for composites fibres. It is based on "Layup Technology", which enables design, analysis and efficient, integrated manufacturing of reinforced fabric products. By simulating the manufacturing process and linking the data to analysis and design models, engineers can develop better, more robust products at a lower cost.
Simulayt has been a Dassault Systèmes CAA partner since November 2005 and produces three products with interfaces to Dassault Systèmes solutions: Advanced Fiber Modeler, Composites Link and Composites Modeler for Abaqus/CAE.

Composites Modeler for Abaqus / CAE
Composites Modeler for Abaqus/CAE complements and extends the powerful draping modelling features introduced in Abaqus/CAE 6.7 by providing new fibre simulation and composites model building capabilities - all seamlessly integrated within Abaqus/CAE.
Furthermore, direct integration with Simulayt’s Layup Pipeline allows direct linkage with design and manufacture functions across the enterprise.
