LISA – Licensing Statistics Analyzer, is a web application that allows you to monitor your software licensing resources and how they are used.

LISA automatically queries your LUM or FlexLM licence servers on all your industrial sites at regular intervals. It accesses your installed computer systems and provides you with the most important statistics regarding their usage, such as how long and how often the applications are used by server, application module, period or user.

Thanks to LISA, you can attribute the operating costs of your applications to your various subsidiaries or sites, according to their actual use.

LISA V1.5 is based on two functional modules.

Data collection module:

The data collection module automatically gathers the usage information for all the software licences installed throughout the company and
centralises it in a database. At regular intervals that can be configured by the administrator, the application queries the licence servers that
have been defined. These servers can host LUM or FlexLM software licences. They can be located on or away from all the company's sites. The information gathered is as follows :

Name, category and type of licence used
User identifiers
Server identification
Licence token reservation dates and times
Licence token release dates and times
Licence expiry dates

Restoration and configuration module.

The restoration module allows you to view the usage statistics of the corporate software licences. Via an extremely ergonomic Web interface that automatically queries the database fed by the data collection module, authorised users can access interactive reports and relevant charts. This module can also be used to manage the application and define user groups.

Technical prerequisites for LISA V1.5 :

LUM or FlexLM servers (Win32, Linux, AIX, etc.)

JRE or JDK >1.5.

TOMCAT application server v6.0.20 or later.

Access to DBMS (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).

Compatibility with browsers such as Firefox v3.5.x or IE v7.0 or higher.
