FAFIEC Collective Actions

Collective actions are at the core of the training frameworks constructed by the FAFIEC for businesses, in line with the training strategy for a professional area. These collective actions are responses tailored to the particular training needs of businesses. They combine a number of advantages: responsive and relevant to proficiency acquisition needs; tailored training programme; easy to use; funding supported; etc.
The FAFIEC offers a high level of financial support and has a special budgetary allowance available for funding collective actions. This funding helps reduce the cost to business and can cover up to 100% of training costs.

DIF (Individual Training Right)
Under the DIF, every employee accrues a credit measured in hours each year. This right enables the employee to instigate time off for training, with their employer's agreement.
Professionalisation Period
The Professionalisation Period is a long-term training framework (from 70 hours to 1,200 hours) based on alternating between periods of training and periods of practical work, with funding from an OPCA (approved joint collection organisation).
