CMN has chosen the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to boost innovation
The CMN group is a shipyard located in Cherbourg, and spans the diverse range of specialties required for the construction of civil and military vessels. Since its foundation in 1945, more than 350 vessels made of wood, aluminum, steel, and composite materials have been launched.
As well as its ship building and repair activities, CMN is also active in the industrial sector:

- Conducting studies (integration, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC))

The 3DEXPERIENCE Platform reduces the iterations inherent in naval construction projects and enables customers’ requirements to be met.
KEONYS supported CMN in its technological choices: CATIA for establishing methodologies, CAD to design the mock up, texture rendering, structure and piping, and ENOVIA to merge and share all the data about the construction project.
